The meeting started out with Ian. There are 2 apps for Youth Rapier, and none for the MoC. (Robert) Under new Kingdom Law, landed B&Bs will have veto power over new officer appointments. We need a new Historian/Librarian (Maidenhair is stepping down suddenly - reason unknown. Library is being turned over to Bjorlich and Elizabeta. Winterkingdom is just around the corner, we need to get things done, and to get advert into the Blackstar.
Ainar - Treasurers report (for the absent Mercedes) - we have money, and Margrave appears to have made money. Chronicler's report. We have some submissions (Diarmaid, Toinette, Odo). Deadline for officer's reports will be a week from Monday.
Angus - still working on loaner armor.
Faolan - shoemaking is still on Monday, Needleworkers will move back to once a month in December.
Rosamund - There will be a heraldic commenting party at 1 pm on 15 December.
Diarmaid - Officer's list is going ok. Please check out Calender. Webministers/Virtual Scribe permissions and Copyright issues.
Susan - Drumming circle, 1st Monday every month 7.30 (come early for dinner) Newcomers class. Zenobia is being made a moderator of the reminder's list. Susan wants to have a newcomer bardic and an Herbal guild also. Meryn is her Gold Key deputy, and Gelwyn ? is also a Deputy.
