The meeting started out with Ian's ribing the people who aren't there.
Ainar - Asked if Barons can autocrat. You bet. he is not stepping down as Chronicler, at least not yet. He has taken on a new deputy in Ciana. He would like all the laurels to write articles.
Xenos - he laid out the new archery field. Now he's looking at buying hay (Lucan will see about that). We may also need tarps to cover the bales.
Mercedes - She will open the Reeve's office at populace, but won't keep it open long, since she already has a volunteer (Susan le Peteo). Runedel's money issues are no longer our concern -- at al. We do, however, really need to get down to help them with their event. We need dedicated marshals for the fighting at Margrave and Vormund.
Lucan - They had war practice yesterday, and are still looking into loaner gear.
Fitzmorgan - Invitation scrolls are all done, they need to be mailed out. He needs a copy of the flyer to stick in the invites. He will be teaching at the bardic collegium at Samhain.
Faolan - Talked about the schedule for needleworkers and the shoemaking classes upcoming.

Diarmaid - Baronial Library is online. Calender has moved over to the web page. With the advent of Susan's reminders list, is the Northkeep1 site even needed? Mercedes likes the easy to search archive. A deputy for that would be really nice to deal with the calender. Possible officers discussion list was accepted. There is a possibility that people may feel that secrets are being kept.
Rosamund - Herald's page is being upgraded. She is planning on pages about local awards and badges.

Susan - Discussed the "Reminders" list. She is trying to set up newcomers meeting and classes. Some stuff has been given to the Hospitalers office. There will be a large demo in Talequah on 3 Nov. Fighting (light and heavy)
Ian - We will be getting a new Reeve, we need a new MoC right now. Yes, their deupties will stay deputies - they will need to apply just like anyone else. Populace in November will be on Wednesday the 28th. We don't know where we will meet in December. We may be able to get the TU student group to help us find meeting places next semester. Wednesday nights ARE inconvenient. We really need to support Runedel, they don't have enough people to put on this event. It is our responsibility to help them.
