NORTHKEEP'SMEETINGS AND GATHERINGS |
The Barony of Northkeep has a variety of regular meetings every month, both official and unofficial.
The Official meetings consist of:
Populace Meeting
This is our monthly membership & business meeting. Our Baron and Baroness, Seneschal and all officers give a report on monthly activities, the Nordic Saga, the Barony's monthly newsletter is also available there.
Populace meetings are at Martin East Regional Library, 2601 S Garnett Road, Tulsa, OK usually on the last Monday night of the month. Gathering begins at 7.00 or so, with the meeting beginning at 7.30. If you have any questions, please contact the Seneschal, (to be announced) , or check in with the Northkeep discussion list (Northkeep@ansteorra.org)

Officers' Meeting
Are held the Monday prior to Populace at Martin East Regional starting at 6:30 PM.

The Board is scheduled to meet on 12/15, but the library will close at
6pm that evening for holiday hours.
Heavy, Rapier & Youth BofferFighter Practice-
Wednesdays:
7.00 p.m. inside of VFW Post 577 located at 1109 E 6th St, Tulsa, OK 74120
This will go on until everyone has had enough. Please remember to bring water or a hydrating beverage of your choice. (Usually information about scheduling is posted on Northkeep list.)
On the last Wednesday of the month we normally host Grub N Garb, Northkeep's Demo Fighter Practice night. Wear your garb and bring food to share. Drummers are most welcome as are Dancers and Artisans!

Heraldry
Heraldic Commenting is where the monthly submissions are checked for conflicts or errors, which is A good opportunity for learning about SCA heraldry.
Heraldic Consulting is to help populace members who wish to research and submit a name or device.
