NORTHKEEP'S  ENSIGN TOURNAMENT Our "In-Barony" Rapier Competition held at Woodward Park, 21st and Peoria, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Currently it's been held in conjunction with the Dionadair Tournament.  We have this tournament to determine our Ensign.
